Greg was born and raised in Rolling Prairie, graduated from New Prairie High School in 1974, obtained his undergraduate degree from Arkansas State University and graduated in the top one third of his class at the Dayton School of Law in 1981.
Greg's wife of thirty years, Cathy, is a teacher in the Westville School System and together they have a daughter Lauren and a son Grant. Lauren is a graduate of St. Mary's College and is completing her doctorate in pharmacy at Auburn University. Grant is a freshman at Hanover College.
Greg has practiced law in La Porte County since 1981 and takes pride in having had the honor of learning and practicing under Judges Paul Baldoni, Robert Gettinger, Robert Gilmore, Steven King, Walter Chapala and William Boklund. He intends to take from each of them their best judicial qualities and make them his own. Combining those qualities with his extensive experience and dedication to the citizens of La Porte County to become the best possible Judge he can be.
